I built Tendo because I was frustrated with generic training plans that never adapted. I wanted a coach that actually listened — one that adjusted when life got in the way, and that got smarter the more I trained. So I built one.
Over the past months, I've iterated on Tendo with feedback from elite endurance athletes in my network here in Copenhagen — marathoners, triathletes, Hyrox competitors. Their input shaped everything from how the plan adapts to how feedback is delivered. Now I'm opening it up in beta.
